Licensed Professional Counselor · ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, or stuck in patterns that seem hard to change, therapy can help. I work with thoughtful, capable people who know what they want to do, but still struggle to follow through consistently. Many are navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, grief, academic stress, or major life transitions.
I especially enjoy working with teens, college students, and young adults as they navigate school, work, relationships, and increasing independence. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, connect with their values, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies so they can work through the difficult times and enjoy and appreciate the good times.
I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and free from judgment. Together, we'll work to reduce overwhelm, improve organization, strengthen coping skills, and build confidence.
With more than 12 years of clinical experience, I have worked with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds and life stages. I consider it a privilege to be part of your journey toward meaningful change and greater wellbeing.
