Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor
Life doesn't always move in a straight line. Change, pressure, and big emotions can show up at any age, and finding your footing again takes support. I help teens, college students and adults move through these seasons with greater confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that every individual's story is unique and deserves compassion. I hold a Master's in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, and I bring more than 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. My background includes school-based counseling, crisis response, and inpatient psychiatric care, all of which inform the way I tailor therapy to each client’s needs.
I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and I bring this same depth of training to every session, whether we're working through anxiety, processing a difficult experience, or simply learning to navigate everyday stress with more confidence.
Some of the most meaningful moments in my career have come from showing up for people and families during their hardest days, including serving on crisis response teams following community traumas, and helping them find their footing again. That same steady, compassionate presence is what I bring to our work together.
My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and hopeful. Together, we’ll work toward greater resilience, confidence, and clarity so you can move forward feeling more like yourself.
