Licensed Psychologist
For more than 35 years, I've been drawn to getting to know people and helping them find greater satisfaction in their lives and relationships. At the heart of my work is a genuine curiosity about each person's story and a commitment to creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and respected.
I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults in individual, couples, and family therapy. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with people from many different generations, backgrounds, professions, family structures, and within the LGBTQIA+ community.
Because every person brings a unique set of experiences and challenges, I tailor therapy to the individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
In session, I draw from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, family systems, and insight-oriented therapies. Together, we focus on strengthening relationships, building practical coping skills, deepening self-understanding, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
My clinical experience includes working with depression, trauma, grief, substance abuse (including alcohol and drug abuse), stress-related disorders, personality disorders, and relationship concerns. I am also available for ADHD assessments for adolescents and adults.
