We believe that cost should never stand between you and the support you need. That's why we've worked hard to make our services as accessible as possible — accepting most major insurance plans, filing claims on your behalf, and offering straightforward self-pay rates with no hidden fees. Whether you're using insurance or paying out of pocket, our administrative team will walk you through your options before your first appointment, so you know exactly what to expect. No surprises, no confusion — just one less thing to worry about as you take this important step.

We cannot accept Medicaid or Tricare at this time.

Our staff will submit in-network insurance claims for you. This allows many of our clients to receive mental health services at a lower out-of-pocket cost based on their insurance plan’s copay or deductible rate. Copays and deductibles vary depending on your specific insurance plan. Please call the member service number on the back of your health insurance card and ask the following questions:

If your insurance claims are denied, you are responsible for payment of services you receive.

Out of Network?

You may qualify for out of network coverage. Even if we aren’t in-network with your insurance, a percentage of our services may be covered.
If you are out of network, we can provide a superbill for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance.

Self-Pay Rates

Our appointment fees range from $135.00 – $175.00, depending on the session length and therapist.

Payment

We accept cash, check, credit card, and HSA/FSA for payment. Payment is due at the time of service. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please discuss this with us prior to your appointment.

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

We know life doesn't always go according to plan, and we do our best to be flexible. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, simply give us a call as soon as you're able — we're happy to find a time that works better for you. If you do not reach the staff you may leave a message with the answering service or on our voicemail.

We do ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations so that we can offer that time to another client who may be waiting for support. When that notice isn't possible, the following fees apply:

Late cancellations/Missed appointments: Appointments not canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged a $65.00 fee.

No call, no show: If you don’t call to cancel and no show the appointment, you will be charged the full session fee of $135.00–$175.00, which cannot be billed to insurance. You are personally responsible for the payment.
