Quality therapy shouldn't break the bank.
We believe that cost should never stand between you and the support you need. We accept most major insurance plans, file claims on your behalf, and offer straightforward self-pay rates with no hidden fees. Our administrative team will walk you through your options before your first appointment — no surprises, no confusion — just one less thing to worry about as you take this important step.
We are in-network with major plans
Our staff will submit in-network insurance claims for you. This allows many of our clients to receive mental health services at a lower out-of-pocket cost based on their insurance plan’s copay or deductible rate.
We cannot accept Medicaid or Tricare at this time.
If your insurance claims are denied, you are responsible for payment of services you receive.
Accepted Insurance Providers
Call the member services number on the back of your card and ask:
Out of Network?
You may qualify for out-of-network coverage. Even if we aren't in-network with your insurance, a percentage of our services may be covered. We can provide a superbill for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance.
Reach out — we can look up your out-of-network coverage.
Payment
We accept cash, check, credit card, and HSA/FSA for payment.
Payment is due at the time of service. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please discuss this with us prior to your appointment.
Self-Pay Options
Prefer not to use insurance?
Self-pay rates give you more
privacy and flexibility over your care.
Life happens — we're flexible.
We know life doesn't always go according to plan, and we do our best to be flexible. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, simply give us a call as soon as you're able — we're happy to find a time that works better for you. If you don't reach our staff you may leave a message with the answering service or on our voicemail.
We do ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations so we can offer that time to another client who may be waiting for support. When that notice isn't possible, the following fees apply:
Late cancellations / Missed appointments: Appointments not canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged a $65.00 fee.
No call, no show: If you don’t call to cancel and no show the appointment, you will be charged the full session fee of $135.00–$175.00, which cannot be billed to insurance. You are personally responsible for the payment.
Questions about pricing, answered.
